RLTP 2021 Judicial Review Hearing Details

The Court has now confirmed the details for the hearing

The three day trial will commencing on the Tuesday 26th April 2022 at 10am, and will be in person, in courtroom 11 at the High Court in Auckland. The judge is Justice Venning. Members of the public and media are entitled to attend. There will be no online stream, so you will need to be there in person if you want to see it.

If you are attending, you will need to do a RAT test each morning when you get to Court – see below for details. You will also need to bring a KN95 mask or a surgical mask – see this link for details.

Courts Rapid Antigen Testing Protocol Requirements.

Please be advised that this court hearing falls into the Courts Rapid Antigen Testing Protocol Requirements.  RAT Testing is available onsite with the Body Care Provider outside Courtroom 1.  There may be a queue of people undertaking the RAT testing, and the test itself takes time. So please leave enough time if you wish to attend from the start of the hearing.
